Terms of work.

Before you start

By contacting Abiflow Labs or starting a project with us, you agree to these terms. We build websites, mobile apps and AI automation.

Every project starts with a written quote. What we'll do, how long it takes and what it costs are all agreed before any work begins.

Payments

Every project is paid in three parts:

• 20% up front, before work starts. This confirms the project.
• 30% halfway, once you approve the main work or the design.
• 50% at the end, before the final files and access are handed over.

Refunds

If you cancel, what comes back depends on how far the work has gone:

• Before work starts: a full refund.
• Within 2 days of starting: 20% of what you have paid comes back.
• After the mid-point milestone: no refund, because most of the work is already done.

Who owns the work

Once the final payment is in, you own everything we made for you: code, design files and assets.

We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you tell us in writing not to.

Changes

These terms may change now and then. The latest version is always on this page. If you keep working with us after a change, you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute is settled in the courts of Dhaka.
