Who is responsible

Abiflow Labs is responsible for the personal data described here. Trade licence TRAD/NCC/0003495/2026, Narayanganj City Corporation.

What we collect

We keep only what our forms ask for. There are no visitor accounts on the site, and we don't build profiles of the people who visit.

• Contact form: name, email, WhatsApp number, company, the service you pick and which part of it, budget, timeline, what the project is, and how you found us.
• Consultation request: name, email, phone, company, website, type of business, country, budget, timeline, the services you tick, project details, and a good time to talk.
• Newsletter: your email, and which page you signed up from.
• Free website audit: name, email, company, and what you asked for.
• Analytics, only if you allow it: usage data from Google Analytics 4 (IP hidden), Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity.

How we use it

We use what you send us to:

• To answer your question and send you a price.
• To confirm we got your request, and to let our own inbox know.
• To send what you asked for, or the newsletter you signed up to.
• To see which pages people use, but only if you allowed analytics.

Who else sees it

We use the services below. Each one gets only the data it needs for its job.

• Web3Forms: receives everything you send through the contact form and emails it to us.
• Google Firebase (Firestore): stores consultation requests, the newsletter list and audit requests.
• Resend: sends the emails that go to you and to us.
• Google reCAPTCHA: checks whether a form was sent by a person or a bot.
• Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity: analytics, loaded only if you allow it.

Analytics and consent

No analytics loads until you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. Choose "Essential only" and none of it loads.

A tool with no ID set up stays off completely. Google Analytics runs with your IP address hidden.

How long we keep it

How long each kind of data is kept: consultation requests, 24 months; newsletter emails, until you unsubscribe; audit requests, 24 months; contact form messages, as long as Web3Forms keeps them under its own policy.

Your newsletter email stays until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Your choices

Email us to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can take back analytics consent any time by clearing this site's data in your browser; the cookie banner will come back.

Send these requests to abiflowlabs@gmail.com from the address the data belongs to. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Keeping data safe

Form data travels over HTTPS. Every submission is checked again on the server, passes a hidden bot trap and reCAPTCHA, and is limited per IP address.

Data stored in Firestore can only be reached by signing in to our admin dashboard.

We don't sell data

We don't sell, rent or trade your data. Only the services listed above get it, and only for the job described.

Changes

If the way we work changes, this policy may change too. The latest version is always on this page.
