Why quotes are so far apart
Android quotes range from a few tens of thousands of taka to several lakh, and both ends can be honest. The number follows the work, and the work follows how many screens there are, whether people log in, and whether anything has to happen live.
Roughly what each budget buys
Under ৳45,000: a few screens, no accounts, no server behind it. A catalogue, a calculator, a form.
৳45,000 to ৳2,00,000: user accounts, a database behind the app, five to fifteen screens, push notifications. This is where most real apps land, and where we work.
Above that: live updates between users, payment gateways, several kinds of user, an admin panel to run it all.
What we charge
Our Android app development starts from ৳45,000 for a standard app built with React Native. That covers design, the build, the Firebase backend, Play Store submission and fifteen days of support after launch.
Costs that are not in the quote
- Google Play developer account: a one-time USD 25, paid by you directly to Google, so the account is in your name
- Third-party services such as maps, SMS or a payment gateway: billed to you monthly by whoever provides them
- Backend hosting: the free tier is usually enough to start, and you only pay once usage grows
- Updates after launch: not part of the build price, available as maintenance
Getting a real number
Describe three things: who opens the app, what they do in it, and the three features it cannot launch without. That is enough for a fixed price. Start there.
